Implement policies and procedures to minimize the risk of regulatory non-compliance.

Foster and sustain effective quality and healthcare compliance systems to promptly detect, rectify, and prevent violations.

RESOLVED: Management authorizes each employee to take necessary and reasonable actions to fulfill the Quality and Compliance Core Objective.

Code of Interaction with HealthCare Professionals

Ethical relationships with healthcare professionals are fundamental in the development and marketing of healthcare products. Sales representatives play a crucial role in educating physicians about new medicines and medical devices, ensuring they can make informed decisions for their patients' well-being.

Our commitment is unwavering in safeguarding the integrity of doctors' medical judgment and treatment choices, prioritizing patients' individual needs above all else. To maintain this integrity, our guidelines are meticulously crafted based on industry codes of conduct, legal requirements, and regulatory standards across the regions where we operate.

These guidelines cover a wide array of areas, including:

- Prohibiting false or misleading statements about unapproved product uses, in adherence to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

- Upholding industry codes that prevent improper financial incentives and govern policies on gift giving, grants, and funding.

- Addressing fee-for-service agreements, educational grants, charitable contributions, product evaluation, scientific research, and interactions with government employees, among others.

- Ensuring compliance with anti-corruption laws and industry codes, supplementing with company standards covering areas such as educational grants, hospitality, free goods and samples, and patient education programs.

By adhering to these stringent standards and regulations, we strive to foster ethical and transparent relationships with healthcare professionals, always putting the well-being of patients at the forefront of our operations.
